Reel Options' Utility and Filament Spools are built for versatility without the bulk. Lightweight, strong, and economical, these spools accommodate a variety of manual and automated winding machines. Available in sizes ranging from 6.5" to 10.5" outer diameter, with multiple arbor-hole configurations and load capacities up to 35 lbs, they're ready for a wide range of winding applications and designed with responsible waste management and recycling in mind.

An economical alternative to plywood, STAPLED Reels are available in flange diameters ranging from 11" to 14" with a variety of plastic or spiral-wound paper core options. Made to customer-specified traverse lengths and featuring integrated stacking tabs, they're designed for straightforward handling whether shipped assembled or unassembled.
DEAD~BOLT® Reels
DEAD~BOLT® Reels are designed as a cleaner, more dimensionally consistent replacement for plywood, with a bolt-in flange design that eliminates the need for nuts and washers. Available in flange diameters from 11.75" to 23.75" with a variety of plastic or spiral-wound paper core options, all reels are made to customer-specified traverse lengths. Integrated stacking tabs support both assembled and unassembled shipping, making them space and freight-friendly.
ICON™ Reels
ICON™ Reels are engineered for strength, performance, and consistency, providing reliable operation across both manual and automated production environments while maintaining product integrity during handling. Made from fully recyclable, recycled materials, they're built to customer-specified traverse lengths and are reel-in-box capable in select sizes. Available in flange diameters from 12" to 15.75", with a 5" core diameter and arbor holes ranging from 1.435" to 2.06".
Fiber Optic Solutions
Reel Options' Fiber Optic Solutions are the clear choice for applications where testing continuity is critical. The molded-in center flange notch allows for a smooth transition between traverse areas. Available with spiral-wound paper, extruded plastic, or the new Smart Ship Flat Core in select sizes, all reels are built to customer-specified traverse lengths and can ship unassembled for easy on-site assembly. Flange diameters range from 11.75" to 23.75", core diameters from 5" to 16.5".
Welding Wire Spools

Engineered for the winding, storage, and controlled dispensing of welding wire in industrial settings, they ensure smooth payout while maintaining wire integrity. Smart Ship Flat Core
Smart Ship Flat Core, by Reel Options, is designed to improve shipping efficiency and reduce storage requirements. Featuring a patented flat-wrap core design, it ships flat and assembles easily on-site, maximizing transport space and minimizing freight costs. It's compatible with both 2-flange and 3-flange reel configurations and is fully recyclable. Available with a 23.75" flange diameter, 12" or 16.5" core diameter, and custom traverse lengths.
Corrugated Fiberboard & Chipboard Reels

Choose between liner-only protection or a complete reel or spool assembly with liner included, plus an optional plastic core protection wrap for added durability. END~STANDS
END~STANDS are ideal for products requiring boxed packaging, allowing the reel to de-spool in a stationary position while reducing free-spooling and tangling. Available with or without the EZ~BRAKE® System for adjustable payout tension, they're custom designed to fit select sizes of ICON™, STAPLED, DEAD~BOLT®, and SPIN-WELD reels.
LABOR~SAVER
LABOR~SAVER™, by Reel Options, is a complete reel and END~STAND system, fully assembled and ready for automated winding and packaging equipment. The END~STANDS lock into position at assembly, so the reel loads without any extra labor, and a simple pull of the wire unlocks it for free de-spooling after packaging.
Dispensing Tubes
Dispensing Tubes for Coiled Packaging, by Reel Options, feature a flanged end that integrates into packaging so the tube stays securely in place during use. Made from recycled plastic with no sharp edges to damage wire during payout, they're well suited for both automated equipment loading and manual packaging applications.
